They have no authority to do it, they have no capability to do it, and on top of that, it’s a trap.  Sounds like SOP for ATF.

  1. Talk about entrapment do you remember how many people commented during the comment period? I was one of them, are we now on a list of possible brace owners? Would that not be probable cause for a search warrant or at least a reason for a visit?

    1. Probable cause for a warrant? I doubt– yet. Let the Dems get total power and we’ll revisit that.

      I suppose a visit might depend on what was said.
