  1. By law, Hunter should be charged with 18USC922(g)(3). 10 year minum mandatory. Falsification of a 4473 is an additional charge. Lying on an official gov’t document is another charge. Any USSS agent involved gets tagged as a co-conspirator, loses their clearance, loses their badge, and creds. Loses their ability to testify.
