Due to the irregularity of this current 2020 Presidential Election, this is a crowdsourcing tool for organizing anomalies and legal issues. Our desire is that more of the election process would be made transparent so there would be unquestionable confidence in our voting systems. [More]
I really don’t mean to sound negative about a potentially valiant effort. I just wish I had reason to believe it will make a difference.

Transparency isn’t the solution if the people watching the cheaters can do nothing other than watch the cheaters continue to cheat. There’s no shortage of surveillance video of people stuffing wholesale batches of ballots into drop boxes. There is even video of election clerks repeatedly running the same handful of ballots through a tabulating machine. The excuse we get is “Well, there was fraud, but it wasn’t widespread.”
Here’s a thought. If we’re serious about having fair and honest elections, then make election fraud a capital offense that results in an execution, not 20 years of appeals. People will still cheat, but fewer will do it in broad daylight in front of witnesses. If we’re not that serious, then we have to get comfortable with something less that fair and honest elections.
Let’s take some advice from an expert on elections.
“I consider it completely unimportant who in the party will vote, or how; but what is extraordinarily important is this — who will count the votes, and how.” — Attributed to Joseph Stalin
