  1. I checked the FPC site this morning, and it appears that you have to commit to a minimum of a $3 a month payment to become a member. Not even an option for a $36 single payment. People like me, on a tight Social Security budget, apparently are left out of the settlement.

    1. First off, I don’t think FPC is the only player in this game. I’m pretty confident my GOA membership covers me.
      Second, I know FPC accepts annual dues because I’ve paid them twice.
