But none dare call our homegrown enablers traitors.
To hell with it; I’ll call them that and more.
We didn’t declare war on Cuba back in ’80.
And of course we haven’t declared war on Mexico in very long time.
Just shakin my head side to side.
It’s all been said.
Like anyone who lived through Mariel didn’t see this coming the minute Biden opened the dam.
Sending invaders is an act of war.
and FAILING to repel such forign invaders is malfeasance in office, which falls somewhere between solid grounds for impeachment and a charge of treason.
and no we had not declared war on Cuba, but nearly did on Russia back in the earaly Cstro days. Although Kennedy DID send in a raiding party which got hacked, thus failed.
The Cubanos fleeing Castro, in the main, were legitimate refugeees and/or assylees. We took them in and in general they have become an asset to our country. Same thing with the Nicaraguans, VietNamese “Boat People”, and so on. In the main, they have become beneficial parts of this meltingpot nation.
But when I see the lists of folks, and their country of origin presently crossing our southern border, and read about some of their histories, and the “trades” they bring along with them it is plain as the bug nose on my mug tht this IS an invasion. Crime, drug and gun running, corruption of various sorts, is flooding in. I read the manifest of the folks DiSantis sent up to Martha’s Vineyard, and the reascion the locals had upon their arrival. If THEY don’t want them in their “pweshus widdow eyelind” why do they think the rest of us want them?
None of these invaders submit to vetting, background examinatioins, medical examination, etc. Even the sailing ships of old, as they called at foreign ports, submitted to all those as a condition of receiving “pratique”, or permission to land and go ashore.
