I’d say I have rights OVER the Consitution, but I don’t think that’s what he means.

So I guess Boudin has made it clear where he stands on Mike’s question:
“Do the People exist to serve the government, or does the government exist to serve the People?”
Speaking of the Constitution:
Ninth Amendment:
“The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.”
Tenth Amendment:
“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
One can only wonder if Mr. Boudin has any clue why he’s now the “Recalled San Francisco District Attorney.”
