They’re coming for the voter rolls. The Civil Rights Division of the Justice Department (DOJ) has already sued Oregon and California for trying to hide their voter rolls from the feds. This week, they added Washington to their list, making it a clean sweep of the West Coast, Messed Coast™ states. [More]
Yeah, but so what? They’re all overwhelmingly Democrat so the comparatively few they find won’t change anything. And it’s not like Republicans in those states are effective at resisting.
Show me one legislative “gun vote” that would have had a different outcome.
Why not look for irregularities in states where finding them can make a difference?

“Why not look for irregularities in states where finding them can make a difference?”
I’d start with states where there’s reason to expect the most positive change from the outcome, and then expand the process to all states as time and resources allow.
You should expect squealing from the herd that parallels the Bush v Gore recount issues in Florida with perhaps similar SCOTUS involvement.
Just to recap, the Gore side wanted counties where they foresaw the most positive gain for their side recounted. SCOTUS stepped in and ruled that process a violation of the equal protection clause and that if any votes were recounted, all would have to be recounted. The FL Secretary of State ruled there wasn’t enough time left for a full recount before she had to certify the results and all recount activity was halted.
In your above inspection scenario, you might be able to get away with inspecting only some if your stated intent was to get around to inspecting all.
