Defense for Colorado man accused of shooting teenager says gun to blame [More]
I don’t care if it was a Sig P320, this was unwarranted, cowardly, idiotic, and negligent.

I don’t care if it was a Sig P320, because even if the gun malfunctioned and discharged without him touching the trigger, the fact it was pointed at a teenager he didn’t intend to shoot meant he was violating Rules #2 AND #4, and possibly #1.
That’s why I love the Four Rules: Easy to understand, easy to remember, and they’re designed such that nobody gets hurt unless someone violates at least two simultaneously. That’s TWO chances to avoid negligent tragedy.
“The defense says they will make the case that he [the passenger] was mistaken about the gun being pointed towards them.
“We don’t believe that’s the case,” said Jones.”
And yet the bullet went clean through the driver’s face.
How stupid can you be and still get a law degree?
