  1. We have blissfully ignored .gov depredations against any/all restrictions on its actions generation after generation.

    We have let the CONgress ‘delegate’ lawmaking to unaccountable agencies and entities.

    The CONgress has happily deferred to ‘executive’ proclamations, decrees, and orders (aka, imperial rule).

    Absent wholesale purging of .gov at all levels we will not escape the corral we are in.
