Massachusetts? What are they proposing — banning guns they already banned?
Trans mass shooting in Minneapolis
Damn. Saw “Mass” shooting and brain derailed.
Banning ‘X’ has always had three proven results:
1. People who want ‘X’ will have to deal with a criminal to get ‘X’.
2. (Black) market prices for ‘X’ go up, sometime ridiculously so.
3. Americans who never considered owning ‘X’ will decide they need ‘X’ badly enough to pay those inflated prices.
Consider someone I know (not me… a friend… a friend of a friend) paying $80 for a GI issue 20 round mag for the Springfield Armory MIA he never, ever really wanted in the first place.
All because Slick Willie said we couldn’t have them.
And that’s all I have to say about the 1994 AWB.
(No, Bubba, my friends don’t call me Forrest Gump.)
P.S. That M1A became “my friend’s” favorite rifle to take to the range and he shot if often when he could pry it out of the hands of one of his kids. His daughter, his son, and he went to an Appleseed shoot in Davenport FL. They took the M1A, a milsurp Garand, and a Ruger Mini-14. Guess who got to shoot the Ruger all weekend!
🙁
