  1. Air rights? As ‘ground level upward to infinity? Hope airline companies don’t maintain gps data that woul show illegal entry.

    1. That was my thought. Or, how tall a ladder is needed to get above trespassing? If I had the money, I would be tempted to rent a helicopter to fly into the open areas. Daily.
