Anybody else having a problem following this “Emmy-nominated journalist’s” writing? How could the “complainant” be the dead guy and why would the defendant say he shot himself when the bullet hole was in the other guy’s head? And were they firing into the helmet while wearing it or holding it over their heads and a round ricocheted?
