He obviously can’t be trusted without a custodian. So if they’re going to let him out, make him wear a brightly colored identifying jumper with movement-retarding hand and leg manacles, and a GPS locator and beeper that activate when he leaves his home and don’t shut off until he returns.
And he’s got to pay rent on them.
