And making them pose with political signs isn’t an open invitation for malicious civil prosecution…? “ASKED” is this guy’s word. Someone who is under the physical control of another isn’t likely to believe they have options. Especially after being TOLD to remove their shoes, which goes far beyond any presumed “citizen’s arrest” powers…
Y’all better hope MALDEF doesn’t decide to make some examples and those “cooperative” LEs aren’t subpoenaed as witnesses.
