It figures Democrat weasels are always yapping on about “loopholes”– they’re so good at finding and slithering through them.
Being able to violate the spirit of the law just means the letter of the law was inadequately stated.

An old saying about computer programming comes to mind: “Computers are stupid; they never do what you want them to do, but will always do what you tell them to do.”
It seems to me, writing clear law — in which the letter matches the spirit — is a similarly difficult task to perform well.
Which is, of course, why we elect people whose greatest technical skill is “copy-paste”.
