“… poor kids are just as bright and just as talented as white kids.” — Joe Biden
The grand irony is, the Left’s policies might work if human beings were infallible, and they consistently spout the belief that human beings are perfect. You know the lines they use: Crime is a result of poverty (a.k.a. not the individual humans’ fault), failure to achieve equity is the result of systemic racism/sexism/etc. (a.k.a. not the individual humans’ fault), income disparity is because of inequality inherent in capitalism (a.k.a. not the individual humans’ fault), and so on.
But then they come out and show they expect people to fail, they expect people are incompetent, they expect people to score badly on standardized tests. IOW, they expect that human beings are NOT perfect, far from it, they expect human beings to act like savages and animals of the lowest intelligence. What they expect puts the lie to everything they said not 30 seconds prior!
Gah! Just once, I’d like the Left to show some consistency and pick ONE, instead of saying one and doing the other!

Don’t expect them to follow any rules. They fundamentally reject all rule based systems. That’s why a violation of rules that would result in disgrace for a conservative often acts as a resume enhancement for a liberal. Kind of like a young James Tiberius Kirk ripping up the rules of the “Kobayashi Maru” scenario.

Their paths are guided by something akin to “The Pirate Code” of “Pirates of the Caribbean”: more of a set of guidelines than hard and fast rules that, regardless, don’t apply to anyone but a liberal.
Got an email today from an antivus manufacturer that informed me, “Did you know that two-thirds of people have trouble telling a scam apart from the real thing?” Hell, tell me something I don’t know, we in Arizona share a long border with the prime exemplar.
