This is another red herring.

Hairs are being split. Technically, they’re refugees. They should apply once they’ve “escaped,” not have carte blanche to traverse several countries so they can help themselves to the best thing on the menu.

  1. I’m not a lawyer, nor do I play on on television.

However, IMHO*, while “all men are created equal and endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights”, including but not limited to the right to keep and bear arms, if someone under US jurisdiction is not a citizen, or of we go by the militia clause in USC, has not declared an intent to become a citizen, then they are not included in the phrase “The People”, and the government is not forbidden by the Second Amendment from infringing on their right to keep and bear arms.

Attempts to claim otherwise is a distraction.

    * My opinion plus a ten spot will get you a coffee at Starbucks if you don’t get too fancy.
