    Stupid?

    Perhaps, but I’ll wager he’s not the only “law abiding American” who chose to ignore laws against unlicensed concealed carry then took a firearm into a “gun free zone.”

    Fledgling military officers are told not to issue orders they know will not be obeyed. Similar logic would seem to apply to passing laws that are guaranteed to be broken and nearly impossible to enforce.

    55 mph speed limits, anyone?
