I don’t see any text yet, but my feeling is this is symbolic and doesn’t stand a chance of becoming law, especially considering the state of the Senate.

Besides, unless you abolish the functions, all you’re doing is kicking the can down the road and handing it to a bigger agency like the FBI, that’s better able to bury its crimes.

  1. No sir, not a prayer of passage. Just a wee bit of mining for 2A cred. There may be 2 or 3 senators and an equal number of CONgresscritters who understand that various agencies may not issue writs of law…no more than that and surely no critical mass to make effective change so long as the hayseeds in the hustings persist in sending **^&%holes to DC.

    It’s like re-introducing national concealed carry reciprocity when there is no chance of getting the corrupt retard to sign it and without a foreseeable majority to over ride it.
