It didn’t receive a vote last time out. We’ll see if it fares better this time– so far, there’s no prognisis on chances of being enacted.

  1. Waddya mean prohibit the Feds from creating a firearms registry? They’ve had one for decades.

  2. Don’t we already HAVE a law prohibiting the federal government from creating a federal firearms registry? Are they trying to make it double illegal? Why don’t they just enforce the existing one?
