I hope whoever hires him has good insurance. Because I can see this turning into a much more expensive disaster, with the phrase “knew or should have known” featured prominently in the complaint. Especially in California.

One novel approach I read about involved squatting on the squatter(s). The staff of the squatter removal company would simply move in with the squatter(s) and make their life in the home unbearable.
