If that is true than he should start looking for work, because he’s next!
It seems that in Schiff’s mind, when Republicans win, it’s “election interference” (suddenly not “baseless”), and an “anti-incumbent wave”, and all the usual -ist and -phobic words.
But when Democrats win, it’s “the will of the majority”.
He will never see or admit that the best explanation for the “anti-incumbent wave” is quite simple: Their incumbents were crap.

As an aside, personally, I’m “anti-incumbent” simply as a matter of general principle. Nobody should be able to make an entire lifetime career in politics with little-to-no other professional experience, and if someone wants to be the exception and get more than one or two terms in office, they have to earn my vote and continuing support.
As the joke/saying goes, politicians are like baby diapers; they should be changed regularly, and often for the same reasons.
