I have an appointment this morning to make sure my eyes still work right as a an annual thing following lens replacement some years back (the doctor said I had cataracts and I said “No, we drive Chevys”) plus I started an article over the weekend for Firearms News that I need to finish to make deadline.
I’ll try to get to some of the tips that came in over the weekend later this afternoon.
My cell phone and computers were getting harder and harder to work. It was all Microsoft’s fault for making the system font lighter and lighter shades of grey and the cursor harder to pick out.
Then one day I realized I was happily driving my truck down the sidewalk and it was “time to see a man about a horse.” Cataracts can sneak up on you like that.

DDS, I’m glad to know that was Bette Davis on growing old! Like Fruit of the Loom it kinda creeps up on ya.
