One can only hope he’s got reliable data to back that up and that this isn’t just Stupid Party happy talk. Because my experience with Democrats tells me Edwin Edwards gave his constituents way too much credit, and today he could get away with strangling the girl and boy on live TV and not lose a vote if his opponent were Trump.
