You See, You Don’t Have to Live Like a Refugee

Faced with rising antisemitism and a radical would-be mayor, New York’s Jewish artists confront a once unthinkable question: Is it time to flee? [More]

Why, so that you can foul your new nest with the same drek that rendered the last one uninhabitable and made the ascension of flat-out communists inevitable?

  1. Kinda like Dark Ages Black Death victims fleeing the plague unknowingly taking it with them.

“Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.” — George Santayana

  2. My wife and I fled the Heart of the Hive™ (SW Minneapolis) after I retired from the fairly specialized job that had kept us there. We frequently refer to ourselves as “refugees from the Soviet Socialist State of Minnesota”, which almost always gets a nod of appreciation. We’re now in NW Wyoming in a culture that is far more consistent with our values, ethics and morals.

Bear in mind that there are two kinds of people fleeing the utter disasters that are the urban enclaves (note that it is NEVER the entire state) that are run by the collectivist/statist/authoritarians:
    – Refugees, and
    – Colonizers
The first you should welcome with open arms. The latter you should kindly inform that they may just want to keep moving on to find a place more suited to their lack of values.
