Define “criminal record.”
If ICE is arresting them, ICE has probable cause that the arrestee is here illegally, either due to a removal order, an expired visa, or illegal entry.
Lying leftists like to parse words and say simply being here illlegally is not a crime but a “civil infraction?, ignoring that entering the U.S. illegaly breaks federal criminal law (8 U.S.C. § 1325).
Those are rookie stats. They are gonna have to man up and start working on that 40 to 50 million ‘wets’ that are here. Also scrape up the Visa overstays.

Aren’t these the same people who cry about “our democracy” every time a Republican does something Constitutional?
If they’re so dedicated to democracy, they should already know that 3/5 is a majority. Therefore, the whole population endorses a criminal record, by the majority’s rules.
(Yes, this is tongue-in-cheek, and entering the U.S. illegally is … well … illegal, so the “no [other] criminal record” thing, while not entirely false, is also not entirely true.)
