  1. As long as Pedo Joe is the Puppet In Chief this bill has no chance. If passed by some miracle, it would be vetoed.

  2. The real question is, what’s the percentage chance this bill will be introduced again if/when Republicans have the House, Senate, and Oval Office (read: when it could actually become law)?

    Call me cynical, but I’d guess, less than 5%.
