  1. Interesing how we’ve seen in the press how often the “possession of stolen firearm” charge is one of the first ones dumped in the pleabargain charade. Or how often the “prohibited person in possession” charge flies away.
    WHAT will it take to make laws that DEAL with the root issues, and make them stick? Seems like every new law theoretically enacted to “reduce gun crime” is left in the ash-heap of the plea bargain dance. Until this sort of person is charged, convicted and sentenced for these uncivilised actions they will continue to increase. And WE will be the ones getting the blame for the “increase of gun crimes”, our rights becoming collateral damage.
