It was laughably easy to predict that the Biden Regime and its BATF would come to the conclusion that anyone, and I mean ANYone, that sells even a single firearm at a ‘profit,’ no matter how long they may have possessed it or if they ‘engage in business selling firearms for profit, is now a ‘dealer’, given that they desire ‘universal’ background checks and eventual national firearm registration. But this may be a two-edged sword for them, given their insistence that a person selling even ONE gun for a profit is a dealer and thus must be an FFL holder with all that that entails–will they encourage more ‘table-top’ dealers by making it easier, cheaper, and more practical to BE an FFL? Could we soon become blanketed, nationwide, with small-scale ‘FFLs’ that can suddenly buy and sell at will from their clothes closets?
