  1. 6 Yrs old, the kid had intent. That kid may not be responsible in the eyes of the law, but regardless he’s responsible. I believe the kid should be institutionalized for the rest of his life, or until he is shown to be sane!
    As a side note, I’d make book the kid is black!

    1. The kid most definitely is black. That is probably the main reason the school repeatedly failed to take any action in response to the teacher’s alarms.

  2. The idea that a kindergarten teacher should be expected to suppress a mob of rioting 5 year olds says a lot more about parents and school administrators than it does about the kids.
