UPDATE
Per HinMO’s comment, I did a quick search:
While it may sound and look like him, the “Mind to Goals” YouTube channel is not an AI version of the real Elon Musk. Instead, the channel uses artificial intelligence to generate its content and has videos featuring AI-generated voices and images meant to imitate Musk.
Looks like I didn’t do due diligence on fact checking to read the disclaimer buried in the text and that’s on me. While it doesn’t invalidate principles expounded on, it does invalidate the source.

Good talk.
Just don’t expect her Somali constituents to agree.
And there’s a more fundamental question behind what kind of country we want to be:
Does the government serve the people or do the people serve the government?

Is there any thought that this is an AI version of Musk?

Looks like I had to issue a disclaimer on this. Yeah, it’s fake.
MEA CULPA
I suppose I could wimp out and blame it on a reaction to the Flu vaccine, but I doubt I would have caught the AI fakery even on a good day.
This sort of thing is going to be a bigger problem going forward as AI gets better or worse depending on your perspective.
We previously had problems where fake photos had to be examined at the level of examining film grain or individual pixels. How do you do that for a video? One clue might have been that Musk (who has ASD *) seemed to be more articulate than his usual speech pattern. But I noticed that he appeared to be reading from one or more off camera scripts and that the video seemed to be stitched together from multiple takes so I assumed that the former was explained by the latter.
Again, MEA CULPA.
* Musk has referred to his Asberger’s Syndrome, but we’re not supposed to use that term any more, using (ASD) Autism Spectrum Disorder instead.
“Further controversy arose in the late 2010s over allegations that Asperger referred children to the Am Spiegelgrund children’s clinic in Vienna during the Nazi period. The clinic was responsible for murdering hundreds of disabled children deemed to be “unworthy of life” as part of the Third Reich’s child euthanasia programs (as part of the T4 Programme), although the extent of Asperger’s knowledge of this fact and his intentions in referring patients to the clinic remain yet to be ascertained.”

It was an extremely good fake. Yet, while I was watching it, there was a rhythm to the pattern of “Musk’s” speech that was obviously, even distressingly inauthentic. Almost every third sentence was some variation on the theme of, “But here’s why what Trump did is especially significant.”
And coincidentally, on the subject of the state of the art in AI fakery:
