  1. Finally NRA files a lawsuit that’s truly needed. This is a step in the right direction.

    One thing though. Some NRA (NY) directors have said countless times that there’s a “wall” between NRA and NRA Foundation, they say there’s “no money being exchanged”, and “NRA has no control/oversight”, etc.

    Yet one complaint in the lawsuit is the Foundation doesn’t support NRA’s “charitable programs”. Specifically page 12 (NRA Charitable Activities), would contradict that “wall” narrative, both in terms of money and control that some directors have spoke about.
