Maybe someone should introduce this account as evidence in the case about 18 to 21 year olds being able to carry handguns in public. Here is proof that someone twice that age was not responsible enough, yet could do so legally until he committed felony murder.
See, it ain’t the age, its the upbringing. And how ya gonna decide who can and who can’t, except to say anyone can until they prove themselves unqualified to be allowed to roam about in public without a qualified custodian. At that point age is NOT an issue. As seen here.
