At First Glance

At a glance, my father looks like the last guy who’d ever want a gun. He is Jewish, an immigrant, a politically liberal city dweller. He didn’t grow up around guns. Go ahead and make my points for me.

If your father had a clue, he’d be the first guy to want a gun.

With the newsraper of record backing off of confiscation demands and grudgingly mentioning (but not accepting) self-defense utility, I’m starting to sense a pattern here, like with our bud G. Anteus. The grabbers are betting on SCOTUS taking ARs off the table (for now) and are setting up the field for a legislative fallback agenda until such time as they can oust Republican majorities and get back on plan.
