Good on him. He has my impressed respect.

That said, it’s a key gun-grabber argument for why stunted capacity magazine mandates are needed: so that someone else besides them will have time to tackle a shooter while he’s swapping mags.

  1. Which is also why some carry what is known as a “New York reload” – more than one firearm. It is quicker to swap firearms than to swap magazines. Even quicker when what you carry is a revolver (or two or more).
