If we agree with their premise that the Second Amendment is obsolete, what will we say if/when they come back and say that some other part of the Constitution of the United States, or for that matter, the whole thing is obsolete as well?

We need to realize, deep in our bones, that while some fraction of them are ordinary folks who might have become conservatives except that they were exposed to the wrong ideas at some point.
But some of them are just plain evil!
