I’m not up on the bylaws or Board procedures, so stop me if I’m wrong:
With 70-something Board members, does electing four “Reform” candidates make that big a difference?

Nothing to see here, and no, you cannot get contact info for the individual board members, I’ve tried.
You can get name and city of residence from various NRA sources. You can get other clues from the ballot resumes. After that there’s a wealth of stuff on the web. After all, these are generally well known & respected members of society, not exactly STASI officers. No one is going to drop a list with contact info into your lap, but one year I made a project of finding contact info for the group nominated by the committee. I was able to send emails to about 30 of the people on the official ballot.
As my Kentucky friend used to say “Kain’t never did nothin’ !”
