Notes from the Resistance

Looks like a blowout to me… [More]
As the rest of the states are announced, we’ll see how close Armed American Radio’s Mark Walters 312 electoral votes prediction turns out.
Speaking of which:

Speaking of non-credible…
[Via Michael G]
That’s because “2020 Census Overcounted Democratic States, Undercounted GOP States.”
In a nutshell, the 2020 Census Post Enumeration Survey shows they f’d it up, giving “Blue” Colorado, Rhode Island, and Minnesota one undeserved electoral vote each, and taking one away from Texas, and one, arguably two away from Florida.
It’s hard to believe that was just a “screw up,” especially considering who appointed the Census Bureau director. It’s also hard to believe House Republican lawmakers haven’t been loudly leading the charge to fix this, and that we’re just hearing about this the day before the election.

UPDATE
I have never seen a line that long. I felt like a lawyer wondering if the jury taking so long was a good sign or a bad sign.

That Vote Common Good has to use secular celebrities to voice a message they want to appeal to Christians with tells us much… [More]
Listen to privileged elite secular movie actors’ scripted advice to existentially betray the most important real people in your life because it’s the Christian thing to do? That should end well.
Sen. Mike Lee warns Democrats would ‘Rule America uncontested for 100 years’ if they sweep 2024 elections [More]
It wouldn’t be uncontested.
I normally don’t predict close elections. But barring massive fraud or major disaster (neither of which are beyond the realm of imagination), at this point I believe Donald J. Trump will be the 47th President of the United States. [More]
It’s the part in parentheses that has me worried.

A judge rejected Tesla founder, X owner and billionaire Elon Musk’s request to move the civil lawsuit against his $1 million giveaway filed by the Philadelphia district attorney to federal court. The lawsuit was remanded back to Pennsylvania state court Friday by U.S. District Judge Gerald J. Pappert, a former Republican Pennsylvania attorney general appointed to federal court in 2014 by President Barack Obama. [More]
Do Vichycons really believe Republicans will ever be serious power players again after they sabotage MAGA?
As Mike reminded us, we’ll still get to vote— just not for them.

And, of course, a much bigger question is raised.
Some of us tried to warn him to vet Wray better.
You don’t expect the party of inclusive equity outcomes to give equal time as required by law, do you?
After I prepped this post it looks like they’re scrambing for an out. Whatever “punishment” they get, I’m sure the premeditated violaters will think it was worth it.
Is The Left Preparing For War If Trump Wins? [More]
What they’re planning is to provoke hot-headed low-hanging fruit they can conflate with the “greatest threat” into ill-considered actions, regardless of who “wins.”

Don’t hold your breath.
And not to justify tyranny, but to illustrate it…

No, he did not and Drudge knows it.
Don’t Forget About Candidates in Local and State Elections! [More]
My editor at the magazine, Vincent DeNiro, has some thoughts about the crucial importance of “lesser” candidates. Hopefully, everyone here has consulted with their state gun rights groups and done their own due diligence.
I learned something new: I did not realize Kathy Hochul once had an NRA A-rating.
