Why were those 10 citizens chosen? What do they have that “we” don’t? Or more to the point, what do we also have that they do? [More]
Why, when there’s an easy way, does the “pro-gun” DOJ so often choose the hard way?

An uninformed citizen might conclude that ATF (and all other federal agencies/entities) operate with a prime directive to never, ever cede primacy to an individual by following lawful processes when those processes would lead to some form of relief for that individual.
Make ’em jump hoops until they tire of the game and go away as citizens just going away gives .gov another win and another precedent.
Politicians don’t like an armed citizenry. But why don’t 2A groups show any interest in lobbying either for this or any other number of 2A issues at the federal level, which their members pay for?
Are they succumbing to the “cult of personality”?
You are assuming that EVERYBODY in the DOJ is for Gun Rights.
You are wrong.
Don’t presume what I assume.
IMO, no .gov employee has knowledge of or has even read the BoR. All .gov employees support .gov over all, no matter the costs to liberty. We are mere livestock to be culled and slaughtered to continue their path to permanent power.
Oh hell, there’s a cold IPA in the fridge, see ya later. And yeah, I probably repeat myself.
