Florida’s preemption law should be the model that other states should use. It doesn’t just forbid preemption. It has teeth that can bite those that dare to defy its provisions. Politicians that do can be removed from office, fined, and those fines and any legal costs must come from their own pockets, not from the taxpayers’.
Unfortunately these vermin can pass multiple statutes and though they’re clearly illegal costs of litigation will have to be borne by right minded citizens. Even more unfortunate there are not enough right minded citizens. There are enough idiots though, to re-erect the authoritarians.
One major problem with Minnesota, and it’s a what came first, the chicken or the egg type problem is, our state GOP. Tampon Tim won last time because the GOP selected a anti 2A and very liberal in nearly every way former state legislator Scott Jensen to run. The only thing he wasn’t “liberal” about was the Scamdemic.
Our GOP makes the national GOP look hardcore right wing.
Obviously more people have to get involved in GOP primaries here. But, most of the time, ALL of our primary options are BAD.
Tampon Tim will win again easily, unless someone else jumps in to the GOP primary.
