Section 27., Oregon Constitution Bill of Rights:
“The people shall have the right to bear arms for the defence [sic] of themselves, and the State, but the Military shall be kept in strict subordination to the civil power[.]”
Recalling that Oregon was the first state to use “mail-in ballots” for general elections, (1998) by a very “slim margin.” Since then, they and other states have improved the election process to a fine art of deception and fraud. The entire government of Oregon, including courts, appeals courts and supreme court, (as well as local governments) are Democrat operatives. Justices and judges due for retirement do so before the end of their term, so the sitting governor (D) can appoint a replacement who then runs in the next election as an “incumbent.” The fix is in. It will likely take years before this case will reach the federal court system, so in the meantime we’re stuck with unconstitutional laws.
