Executive by Proxy

How the White House Functioned With a Diminished Biden in Charge – Aides kept meetings short and controlled access, top advisers acted as go-betweens and public interactions became more scripted. The administration denied Biden has declined. [More]

Why doesn’t that make everything he has signed subject to challenge? The Constitution requires the president to approve bills, resolutions, appointments… not handler proxies.

Do you think he does his own finances? He didn’t trust vets with guns but the Dotard-in-Chief can threaten Americans with nukes?

UPDATE

I should have added “pardons.”

  1. The left has historical precedence for a “caretaker” presidency….Woodrow Wilson. He was disabled and Mrs. Wilson took over and was essentially President for the duration. This fact was kept hidden for years and no challenges made to anything his administration did. The same will happen for Pedo Joe.

  2. except with pedo joe we know he was an absentee puppet……not only has he been a full term dementia case but the 2020 election WAS STOLEN!!!! biden was NEVER a legitimate president (nor was obongo). EVERYTHING biden signed as a resident of the white house (and arguably the same for obongo) should be nullified and void

  3. Good point, David.
If a judge is declared impaired and, during that impairment, he proclaimed you were “guilty” of a crime, would you not want your case at least reviewed by a “competent” judge, if not have a completely new trail?
And, if the prosecutor and defense attorney knew the judge was impaired, yet still proceeded with the trial, would they not be complicit in the mistrial?
