The left has historical precedence for a “caretaker” presidency….Woodrow Wilson. He was disabled and Mrs. Wilson took over and was essentially President for the duration. This fact was kept hidden for years and no challenges made to anything his administration did. The same will happen for Pedo Joe.

If a judge is declared impaired and, during that impairment, he proclaimed you were “guilty” of a crime, would you not want your case at least reviewed by a “competent” judge, if not have a completely new trail?
And, if the prosecutor and defense attorney knew the judge was impaired, yet still proceeded with the trial, would they not be complicit in the mistrial?
