Gun shops and dealers
VFW and American Legion posts
Wildlife clubs
Volunteer fire departments
Shooting leagues
Churches

That seems like an easy something any gun owner could find time to do, and something other state and national gun groups should be emulating.
Alternatively, those who refuse to do anything can complain on the internet.
