    That is an interesting unsupported assertion. The likelihood of killing partners or committing mass shootings by the accused is speculative. Accusation of domestic violence is not conviction in a court of law for a felonious activity. The text of the Second Amendment states that the government does not have the right to preemptively disarm regardless of reason.
