The way this is written I’m still not clear on what this means, but have to say that doesn’t seem like a very good reason either way.
Savannah had a law, the legislature tried to overturn it and the governor wouldn’t let them…? That’s a bad thing from our point of view, right?
And besides, I thought Georgia had preemption…
