Bathhouse Barry is and has always been every bit the puppet Pedo Joe is and Chlamydia Harris would have been. None of them make any decisions or do anything that isn’t scripted for them.
The only difference between the Kenyan and the other two is he is better spoken, more coherent and obviously not mentally defective. But he is still just a puppet doing what his masters bid.
