Just another case where the facts of a situation are irrelevant and the agenda of the prosecutor is what’s driving the case. Regardless of the eventual outcome the process IS the punishment. Even if found not guilty the defendant will have been destroyed by the system. And THAT is the real goal of the corrupt prosecutor. Actual justice is irrelevant and totally unimportant.
‘(GoFundMe removed a campaign because its “Terms of Service prohibit raising money for the legal defense of an alleged violent crime”)’
But that prohibition observably applies only to conservatives. The Molotov Lawyers, the Sorority Arsonist, and other thugs all benefited from nice, long GoFundMe campaigns.
After he wins, sue the prosecutor for a false and malicious prosecution. And raise a complaint with the bar. Should be more than a preponderance of evidence. No sovereign immunity for a deliberate act in the face of clear evidence of innocence.
