Or deliberate indifference.
So they made an inert “destructive device” fire a live round … by disassembling it and rebuilding it with “trainer” parts from a functional “destructive device” … and “neglected” to say that those “trainer” parts can fire live rounds on their own?
Did the guy have, in his immediate possession, the “trainer” parts from a functional RPG that allow his inert copies fire live rounds (like the “investigators” did)?
No? Then they should have no case.
