They’re not ready. And some of them, at least, know it. They’ve watched Captain Butler’s “cotton arrogance and slaves” speech in Gone With the Wind” as much as we have and have taken it to heart.
Many on “our” side are ready too. They were ready if/when Hillary won the election. They put their plans on hold when she lost. Nevertheless, they’re still out there. But whereas “our” side seems to have absorbed some of Mike’s “catechism of the 3%”, at least the part about “No Fort Sumters” and are waiting for the other side to strike first, the other side has no such restrictions on their actions.
They will strike when they’re ready and at a time and place of their choosing. In fact, if we assume they’ve read up on “4th Generation Warfare”, they may be striking already. Would the attempts on DJT and the assassination of Charlie Kirk count as a warmup, a test of tactical principles, the beginning of an all out civil war, or all of the above?
