And I also wonder what real threats, the ones with more serious operatives, might be ready to activate, will catch authorities completely flat-footed, and how many will be allowed to happen for a perceived political advantage.

The FBI arrested three men Friday in Kansas and California after they allegedly conspired to provide material support to the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS), a designated foreign terrorist organization. Bisaam Ghafoor, 21, of Leawood, Kansas; Elias Shamsaldeen, 21, of Porterville, California; and Bereen Dzayee, 25, of Lakeside, California, were arrested on a complaint filed in the District of Kansas after allegedly conspiring to provide material support to terrorism after collectively providing more than $2,000 to a person they understood to be a member of ISIS, according to a news release from the Department of Justice (DOJ).
